Sunshine and flowers

This is me being creative again. Have another couple finished but will save those for another post.

Heard back from the Healthcare Commission. They still do not have my records from Bedfordshire and Luton Partnership Trust and seem to have given a further deadline. Not holding my breath.

A good day today. I'm managing to ease off the pressure I put on myself (which is just as well as everyone else seems to be piling it on!) Really enjoyed my walk to the shop at lunch time - the sun shone and the birds sang. Managed do to some more sewing this evening (hence the above) which was another positive. Long may it continue.

Another beautiful picture, C

It reminds me, sort of, of Van Gogh's Sunflowers (without the plurals or swishy swirly paint).

It is great in it's own right.

Glad you had a pozzie day too, in spite of external demands and stalling tactics from wherever but we both know where really.

Off to friends. Will catch up tomorrow

Thanks, Mandy.

Yes, it is a bit Van Gogh, isn't it! Might continue with that theme, I think.

Hope you had a good evening.
