Good things .... (a reminder to myself)

...I am stronger than I think I am.
...Changes have happened as a result of my complaint (real effective changes in the way information is handled and distributed).
...I have come across many really supportive people, both here online and in real life. This includes a number of people at BLPT.
...Some people at BLPT have shown integrity and honesty - even when their ability to express it seems to have been restricted by management practises.
...I have kept on working throughout this time.
...I understand myself more, and am continuing to work at this.
...I know it is important to look after myself (even if I still don't always believe I am worth it).
...I hope things I have done will have a positive impact on the way other people are treated. I said right at the start of this that nothing could change the damage done to me, but maybe what I have highlighted will affect the way others were treated.

My hopes and wishes still remain...

I think this is a brilliant post. So often we look at what we haven't done. Looking at what IS good can help us feel stronger and keep forward movement!

Is great that you put your positives on your blog.

That you acknowledge the positives in you and even though I don't know you, that well, I know enough to know that you are a thoughtful and kind person. Glad that you are seeing these things in yourself too.

I'm not sure I am seeing the positives in myself yet, but at least I am starting to be able to see what I am achieving.
