Tuesday evening

Just back from the dentist - a marathon session. I struggled, I have to say - though the dentist and the nurse told me I had done brilliantly. I froze in the chair and had a panic attack, hyperventilating. But I calmed myself down and the dentist was able to do all the work he needed to.

Work was OK; lots of people told me they were pleased to see me and congratulated me on getting in. I am so tired - was before the dentist. Time for a glass (or two) of wine.
