Quilting

I had a sewing day today. It was billed as a "UFO" day (unfinished objects) but I actually used it to make a quilt from scratch. It's a cot quilt, for the new grandson of a colleague at work. I really enjoyed making it and am pleased with it. Just have to quilt it (hopefully tonight) and then I will add a photo of it.

I have a similar day next week and intend to take a half-finished project with me to complete - a quilt I have desinged for another colleague. It's at the fiddly stage, so a day set aside to work on it will be good.
