I had a massage last night. It helped a lot. My neck and shoulders are terribly tense at the moment and it is very painful. Of course, this is probably not unrelated to the subject matter of my last post here...

Practical steps to take (must not avoid them!) the relief from pain yesterday evening made me realise what an impact the physical discomfort is having. Of course, it is all a cycle - physical discomfort and mental stress....


Need to break that cycle somewhere.

Sadly, I have no one around willing to offer me anything remotely similar. Boo hoo!

I did force myself out for a walk earlier and that helped with the headache.

Physical and mental states...completely interwoven.

I do have some relaxing bath oil...posh stuff I think (Was a pressie) it has chamomile, lavender, vetiver and bergamont in it.

Gonna run a bath now and maybe read my book.

Yes indeed, mandy - though my shoulders are nearly back to the same state as they were today!

Bath sounds good. Will aim for that tomorrow. Went to a class at the gym tonight which helped.
