The latest HCC survey results appear to have just been published. Although they state in their overview that things are getting better, that does not seem to be the case with BLPT. The individual Trust report for BLPT indicates that they scored below average in the majority of categories - that is to say, service user responses suggest that they are performing less well than the majority of mental health trusts. BLPT scored in the worst performing 20% of trusts in 23 of the questions; it scored in the intermediate 60% of trusts in 11 questions and in the best performing 20% of trusts in only 1 question. If you look at the results, it is also clear that in most of the "intermediate" responses, BLPT scores towards the bottom of that category.
Well, I wonder if BLPT will take any notice of the responses of their service users, or whether they will continue to hide behind the defence that the survey responses are a result of the "outpatient culture" (I think that is what they call it) - ie, that they have not discharged people who do not have any involvement with secondary mental health services beyond seeing a psychiatrist occasionally.

If we look at BLPT's track record in regards to the notice it takes of service user surveys, then I think we will have a pretty good idea of any future notice they will give to us mere turds.
Looking at the evidence I would find it hard to disagree, in terms of management actions, Mandy.
