Have managed to do some housework this morning which, perversely, has made me feel a bit better. I SO need to limit my computer time. Having said that, I have just spent an hour online - but doing some genealogy, which was interesting and engaging. This afternoon I have school work to do - preparation for the week, and I need to do it much more thoroughly than I have been doing of late! I need a week planned, not the first couple of days so that I spend the rest of the week scrabbling round and catching up on my lesson planning. I also need to update my "To Do" list so that I use my non-contact time more profitably.

And I MUST do something nice for myself this afternoon - something which makes me feel better. Maybe some card making. It needs to be a priority, not just left to slot in if I have time.
