Fantastic support from new CMHT
Got some sleep last night
D (CPN) tells me I am doing all the right things and doing well

Not so good points:
Switched off alarm at some point during the night so overslept
One of E's teachers had a go at her because I asked for her coursework (from January) to be marked
Promised update from complaint didn't happen (OK, so that one isn't anything new)
Very tearful
