at the meeting i thought there was agreement on all the written points i provided showing how the complaints policy had been ignored in my case but today I was told that the letter of apology was not going to apologise for everything that went wrong with the way my complaint was handled as this still needs to be investigated
at the meeting i was told that the director c who was there was going to personally investigate my original complaint from the start but today i was told that an investigator had been appointed
i was told at the meeting that i would be sent notes from it very quickly then i was told they would be sent to me last monday then i was told it would be by the end of this week and today i was told it will be as soon as possible
i was told they agreed with everything i said about how my complaint was handled but now they are saying they need to investigate it all and that will take a while
i just want things promised to be followed through not changed all the time
i don't think blpt care about people as people i think they only care about their own image and their aim of becoming a foundation trust service users and people needing support don't matter they just want to shut us up by saying the right things or grind us down or confuse us to make us shut up or disappear and they have nearly succeeded with me

I think all you want is reasonable and just and fair - but I do think that maybe what you say at the end is true...your last paragraph makes sense and would ring true to many - I am sorry for all your effort and courage and time and patience and inner strength only to be treated this way - you are loved and cared for and you are special and beautiful - we know that and want you to know that - You are important - not them...
