Sunshine

The sun shone yesterday and that, together with progress with CMHT earlier this week, and the scheduling work I have been doning, helped to lift my mood. it's grey today, but I'm feeling OK. Had a facial this morning and that seems to have left me very sleepy, but nothing has to be done so I am dealing with it. I bought some school supplies this morning; my only real plan (to be done in a couple of hours time) is to clear out our newly-repaired kitchen cupboard - now that the door is not held by only one hinge, that becomes manageable. I'm almost inspired to start painting, but not quite!

The other good news is that apparently I am perfectly entitled to request to change permanently to the new CMHT - the ones who are supporting me "temporarily" till S's return. Though I have been very appreciative of S, I really don't want to be back in the ultimate charge of M, which I would be as S is in her team. I've also been made to feel much safer by the warning that V is going to be away and will give me the name and contact details for the person I can get in touch with in her absence, and encouraged by being informed of all the other ways in which I can get help and support if I should need it (even though I hope I won't get to the point of doing so). So though I do recognise it would be better in some ways to have a planned end to my sessions with S, I think this is the best way for me.

Having negotiated a fee (I compromised on that, Barbie compromised on location) here, in response to requests, is the first part of Barbie's new wardrobe. Enjoy!
