Promises abound from the complaints department.
They will phone (they don't)
They will email (they say they did but I never saw it)
They will contact the manager and he will arrange support.
I see no support.
I read my CPA.
It holds promises
of telephone and email support
of communication with me
of emotional support
of monthly visits.
I don't see any evidence of that either.
Given that one of the biggest issues I have had to work at with D is the issue of abandonment -
this is damaging
this hurts
this undermines.
Because, make no mistake, I HAVE been abandoned here.
The "right" words come out -
"We want to help you"
"This is not right"
"You are not asking for much"
But nothing changes.
Because they don't really want to help.
They may want to keep me quiet.
They may want me to go away.
But help is not on their agenda.

And from here too, with a bucket load of prayers to accompany the hugs xxxx
don't let them get away with it. You are worth more than that. You matter. Their behaviour sucks. Challenge it. But do what you can do, not what you can't.....take care, Sallyxx
i think half the time even professional people are scared to help, scared to open themselves to others and scared of burning out.
so retreat behind doors and windows, papers and files, telephones and emails, promises and idle chat.
hugs
