The tiredness is not helped by...
...waking at 1.30 am and being completely unable to get back to sleep. I've trieed. I've thought through the things stressing me (money, mostly) and decided what to do about them, then tried to put them aside. I've attempted mindful breathing, relaxation, positive thinking and visualisation. Did it work? Nope. Not at all. Which is why I am sitting at the computer at 2.30am trying to distract myself before returnign for another attempt. Grr.
