BLPT has the agenda up for its next meeting here. Unfortunately, none of the documents are accessible by the public as all of the links are wrong.

They'll have to get their IT working a bit better than that if they want to achieve the holy grail of foundation trust status.
Well, I managed to access their documents (my ICT skills seem to exceed theirs, thank goodness!) It seems they don't need to worry at all - they have a cunning plan to pay a recruitment company to recruit their members for them. At £9 a head. Or they could just pay the members directly. That would probably work as well!
Sad, when you think what that money could be spent on....
