Hidden reports

I'm interested in the number of reports and items presented only to the Closed part of the BLPT Trust board. Their declaration is that,
Under the provision of Section 1 (2) of the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960, the public and press will be excluded from this part of the meeting on the grounds that publicity would prove prejudicial to the public interest by reason of the confidential nature of the business to be transacted.
So, I wonder, what is so prejudicial to the public interest about the following items:
Item 28: CRES/CIP Programme 2008/09 – risk assessment
Item 30: SPLD Residential and Domiciliary Care Final Report
Item 31: Better Value – Better Care
Item 33: Data Quality – Audit Report

Item 28 is about cutting services and saving money.
Item 30 is about how BLPT handled the issues raised by official declarations that its SPLD homes were not meeting required standards (by selling off those homes to other providers).
Item 31 - looks to me about saving money again (the clue is in "better value").
Item 33 - an audit into the quality of BLPT's data? Or into data about BLPT?

We may never know. BLPT have chosen to keep it quiet. I wonder if this decision could be challenged (or, indeed, is ever questioned.)

Indeed.

And no answers to my questions, or to requests (through their feedback form) to get the links working.

And still the information I have requested under the data protection act has not appeared.
