...the response to my complaint about the CMHT "service" I received is due to be sent by Monday (they have had 25 working days - that's 5 weeks to you and I). So that means it will be sent ON Monday - not a day sooner. Possibly a day or two later but they will let me know on Monday if that will be the case.
So all the days of waiting will come to an end - assuming they get round to posting it on Monday and the postal service delivers it to me, it should reach me Tuesday.
Deep breaths.

It really does feel like a tiicking clock... but don't forget that sometimes with those clocks, the door bursts open, the cuckoo flies out and everyone just laughes.

Katie - no news yet to say the response will be late, but that might well come on Monday (I experienced this last time).
Sally - I'm quite wobbly at the moment but trying to keep busy, using the self care stuff I can and really working at not catastrophising. It is very hard just at the moment though.
mmp - oh, how I wish it to be so! I would so love to get the response of "You're right - we screwed up. We got it really wrong. We can see it was very difficult for you. We're really sorry. We've made sure it won't happen again." I'll try to picture taht outcome...
no matter what they say - the important person is you and how you feel - it would be lovely for them to say they messed up - but you already know that and so do we...
hang on to all the good feelings and the progress you've made... noone can take that away from you - especially them...xx hugs,xx
