Today's emails...

...contained this additional gem:

Following our telephone conversation yesterday afternoon and your email of 16th July 2007, I have reviewed all the documentation relating to your request for a care worker to provide support for you during [my CPN]'s absence. I am very happy for such a care worker to be allocated to provide support for you in the absence of your care coordinator. Before I so direct [the team leader] I would be very grateful if you could respond to this email to let me know if this is the correct interpretation of your request.

That conversation would be the one in which I said I could not work with that team leader would it? The one where I requested my care be transferred to a different team?
And the documentation would include my complaint where I provided the same information? And the later email where I said the same things?
The team leader would be the person I said I could not work with or through?

Sorry, but something is wrong here - either with your interpretation or with my communication skills.

Oh, and I am told now that I can only communicate about this matter with the complaints department.
Who tell me it will take up to five weeks to provide me with an answer to my complaint.

Just let me disappear now will you, BLPT? Pretend I never existed. If you're really lucky, when you next look I won't be here.

OK, so they can't even listen...but then, we rather suspected that, I fear,
But we are listening, and thinking and praying and willing you on through this. Hugs and loves xxx

I really don't think in your position I could stand opening a single e-mail from the lot of them until I had had a good rest.
You're doing fantastically well to be able to face the inbox, REALLY you ARE. Well done.
Do try to get a rest from the lot of them and enjoy the end of term. One more day of school...
