Had a good day.

Went and had my hair cut and styled this morning, which was enjoyable and very relaxing. I can see the improvement in myself from the fact that I was able to carry on a conversation with the stylist today - something which I have found difficult previously.

Did some sewing and knitting this afternoon, while watching TV. Also some genealogy. Enjoyed watering the plants in the garden this evening - gorgeous sunshine which lifted my spirits. Also did some taxi duties and put some washing on the line.

Chris and Kellie While concert tomorrow evening - yippee! Listening to them always makes me feel good.
