Today

Today I managed to pot up some herbs I bought yesterday, along with emptying and replanting a larger pot which was looking very sad, and planting out the remaining flowers in the new bed. I did some genealogy - which I found quite difficult to focus on - and some therapy work which I found helpful. I was trying to move myself on around the whole rejection issue and I may have made some headway. I faced up to the damaged relationships in my life, and then put alongside the strong relationships I have - and guess which there are most of? It helped me to see that I do have strong foundations (including those of you who are so supportive of me here); maybe I can move on.
